If your service is cancelled by us for any reason, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel your service for any reason, you will have the opportunity to reschedule or receive a coupon code for the full amount of your service. You may use this code to rebook at you leisure or you may gift it.

PRO TIPS FOR A SUCCSESSFUL SESSION:

​

• BE OPEN. If you come into a session with closed off, funky energy-- like intentionally trying to withhold information-- then please understand that you are cutting yourself off from important messages. Keep your energy open and receptive to whatever comes through or don't book until you are ready. The WayUp Network can only provide you with the best guidance if you're open and willing to receive the messages. ABSOLUTELY NO "you tell me" type of energy. Be prepared to share where you're at with life and/or a certain situation and what you're truly looking for guidance with. No need to beat around the bush.

• BE HONEST. Honesty brings the BEST results. This, always and forever, will be a safe place to keep it real. No judgement, we have ALL been there and I have heard it and seen it all.

​

• BE PREPARED. For raw truth and honesty. If you cannot handle real, genuine, honest truth, that may not cosign with your ego, please do not book until you are ready. I will never lie to you, tell you what you want to hear or string you along with false hope and good news if it isn't there. The WayUp Network's only obligation to you is to be honest and tell you the truth, regardless of what that truth might be.

• THINK. Have a good idea of what you're looking for and wanting to get out of your session. Be sure to write a brief list of questions and/or different topics that you want to discuss. You can do this in the "additional comments" box at check out for prerecorded videos or you can write a list to bring with you to your live session.

Please note: The WayUp Network does not do "general" sessions during LIVE sessions. If you want a "general" session-- meaning that you don't have any specific questions or topics you want to discuss, you just want to check in on your own personal energy-- then please book a prerecorded video session. (see the delivery method section below for more information on the different session types we offer.)

BOOKING INFO

 

TIME ZONES

​

• The WayUp Network is located in the Central Standard Time Zone.

​

• The available appointment times you see shown during the booking process, are shown in YOUR TIME ZONE. Again, you are booking a session in YOUR TIME ZONE.

​

• If you are booking a live session, please note your session time as you will need to be present at your scheduled time.

​

• If you are booking a prerecorded video session, you don't need to worry about your session time, as you do not need to be present at the time you book for.

 

DELIVERY METHODS

​

PRERECORDED VIDEO SESSIONS

• A prerecorded video session is a video recording of your session, completed within 24-72 hours from the date/time you book. These sessions are completed and sent out Monday - Friday. If you book on a weekend, your session will be completed the following Monday.

​

• A PRIVATE YouTube link will be sent to the email address you provide upon booking, when the video is complete.

​

• YOU DO NOT need to be present for a prerecorded video session.

​

• ONLY YOU CAN VIEW THE VIDEO UNLESS YOU SHARE IT. IT IS NOT A PUBLIC VIDEO!

​

• With this popular option, you can watch, re-watch, pause and play the video as many times as you would like, at your leisure! Links NEVER expire!

 

LIVE PHONE CALL SESSIONS

• If you choose a phone call session, you will need to be present and available to take the call at the date and time you select upon booking.

​

• I will contact you at the number you provide upon booking, at your scheduled session time.

​

• If your phone number is outside of the USA, I will send you a Google Meets link via the email address you provide at checkout and we will chat via Google Meets AUDIO. 

​

**Therapy Sessions automatically include the phone call or video chat option. You cannot receive a therapy session via prerecorded video, you must be present. Tarot Cards will not be used for Therapy Sessions.

• Video chat sessions are done via Google Meets.

• If you choose a video chat session, a Google Meets link will be sent to the email address you provide upon booking, prior to your scheduled session time.

• If you choose a video chat session, you will need to be present at your scheduled date and time. If you need to reschedule, please email wayupnetwork@gmail.com

• All live video chat sessions can be recorded, free of charge, upon your request.

​

• If you would like your live session recorded and a copy emailed to you in a private video link, you can confirm this option at checkout. If you choose "YES" a Google meets link will NOT be sent, instead a STREAM YARD link will be sent to your email address before your session starts.

CREDIT & DEBIT CARDS

We accept all major debit and credit cards. You can simply pay directly through our website using Wix secured POS system at checkout. Simply fill in your details, pay and go! Or you can create an account on our website and securely store all of your information for faster, future bookings and orders!

PAYPAL

PayPal offers a couple of different options.

You can utilize the PayPal Express Checkout feature located on the payment screen upon checkout.

You will see two options to choose from located in this feature.

Pay Later

​

By choosing the PayPal button, you can either log into your existing PayPal account and pay with your stored information, or you can checkout as a guest on PayPal's secure checkout site and enter your debit or credit card information. When checking out as a guest on PayPal, your card information will not be stored for future purchases.

​

By choosing the Pay Later button, you can pay with PayPal's short-term, interest-free payment system to schedule bookings and purchase products up front and enjoy the option of paying it off later in 4 total payments. If you do not have a PayPal account, or you do have a PayPal account, but have not yet signed up for Pay Later, you will need to do so upon choosing this option. Whether you are approved for the PayPal later option or not, is not up to me, it is 100% the decision of PayPal. I am not affiliated with PayPal in anyway, I only offer their services as a convenance to my clients.
